Full Cycle Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Engage with 50 passive candidates daily.

• Assess resumes and applications to pinpoint potential candidates.

• Perform initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and compatibility.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment.

• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience by keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment journey.

• Keep precise and current candidate records.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend job requirements and develop attractive job descriptions.

• Offer guidance to hiring managers on best practices and provide insights into the market.

• Ensure regular communication and updates with stakeholders during the recruitment process.

• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and sourcing trackers, achieving 100% compliance with QA standards.

• Monitor and report on KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting Latin American talent for U.S. companies.

• Technology Proficiency: Proficient in utilizing sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).

• Interviewing: Strong expertise in structured behavioral interviews to assess both technical and soft skills.

• Communication: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, demonstrating clear and professional communication skills.

• In-depth understanding of marketing roles.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to track and report KPIs.
