This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Monitor market trends specific to the segment, analyze customer purchasing behaviors, and assess competitors to enhance the product marketing strategy and support capture teams.
• Evaluate and analyze the market concerning product offerings.
• Execute business cases aligned with Product Strategy to expand WEC's market share by providing customer value in the segment.
• Collaborate with Product Management to validate actuals and ensure business cases are closed effectively.
• Clearly communicate and implement the Value Selling Proposition.
• Assume overall accountability, leadership, and coordination for the annual Nuclear Fuels Technology Week conference.
• Influence product roadmaps by incorporating the Customer's voice regarding timing and pricing, participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) gate reviews, and ensure market timelines reflect industry feedback.
• Oversee market and commercial elements of new product development.
• Develop product life cycles and guide product evolution from conception to retirement to enhance value aligned with technology roadmaps and other product strategies.
• Collaborate across various organizations to align and drive product strategies.
• Work with colleagues within Americas Business Management and Global Marketing Teams (including Commercial Integration) and engage with external customers to lead business opportunities and make informed decisions.
• Participate in Capture Strategy Meetings for significant opportunities within Nuclear Fuel.
• Manage Fuel Engineering Technology financials and contribute to annual business planning and monthly forecasting.
• A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related technical field is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated technical leadership experience in the nuclear industry is required.
• Proficiency with Nuclear Fuel technology software products is advantageous.
