This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as the principal FTZ Support Team Lead and serve as the Tier 2 escalation point for QAD FTZ software.
• Identify and manage complex compliance tickets to greatly minimize Engineering escalations.
• Oversee, guide, and train frontline FTZ Support Agents.
• Collaborate closely with FTZ Product and Engineering leadership.
• Act as the senior technical liaison for major FTZ enterprise accounts.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) operations.
• Familiarity with the interaction between FTZ software and the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE).
• Proven experience in managing FTZ transactions, from CBP Form 214 admissions to shipments from the Zone.
• Strong comprehension of FTZ software integration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze integration files is a significant advantage.
• Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
