FSP Vendor Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily management of study vendors throughout the entire clinical trial lifecycle.

• Coordinate activities of vendors to ensure that timelines, quality standards, and study deliverables are met.

• Create vendor management plans and oversight documentation specific to each study.

• Collaborate with Study Management Teams (SMTs), Functional Subject Matter Experts, Procurement, and Quality teams to facilitate smooth study execution.

• Evaluate vendor performance through KPIs and regular governance meetings, fostering continuous improvement.

• Identify, evaluate, and proactively address vendor-related risks.

• Appropriately escalate issues and work together to ensure timely resolutions.

• Keep accurate vendor records and study information in internal systems.

• Promote invoice transparency by detecting potential discrepancies and communicating with Clinical Trial Leads.

• Ensure vendor adherence to GCP, ICH guidelines, regulatory standards, and company protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Clinical Operations, Clinical Study Management, or Vendor Management in a Sponsor or CRO setting.

• Proven experience in managing clinical studies while maintaining quality, timelines, and budget requirements.

• Strong skills in project management, communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Familiarity with clinical study management across one or more phases (Phase I, II, or III).

• Comprehensive understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH Guidelines, and global clinical research regulations.

• Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors and ensure successful study outcomes.
