FSP Resourcing Strategy Lead – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate across the FSP enterprise to develop and implement strategies that address specific client service needs in the FSP sector.

• Work alongside our FSP Functional Leads/PeMs, HR Talent Acquisition teams, and FSP HR Business Partner.

• Play a crucial role in the overall success of the proposal development process.

• Identify and leverage opportunities to meet targets while improving customer relationships.

• Oversee RFIs/RFPs and supplementary documents for complex, multi-region, multi-service FSP projects and programs.

• Operationalize resource delivery strategies by converting strategies into actionable outcomes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to evaluate success, profitability, and the ability to execute plans effectively.

• Lead the development of the talent operations segment within proposal deliverables.

• Evaluate cross-functional satisfaction and propose future initiatives.

• Actively participate in all aspects of preparation and deliverables related to Talent Strategy and presentations at Bid Defense meetings.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant academic/vocational qualification.

• Prior experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the role (approximately 15+ years).

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a matrixed environment.

• In-depth understanding of the FSP business and client expectations within the FSP model.

• Exceptional skills in customer relationship management.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to thrive in a high-pressure and time-sensitive environment.

• Specialized knowledge of Talent requirements in an FSP setting.

• Strong organizational agility and negotiation skills.

• Proven success in building peer relationships and forming effective teams.

• Proficient in coaching, persuasion, and mentoring.

• Excellent analytical abilities, oral and written communication skills, with a strong focus on detail, prioritization, and time management.

• Comprehensive knowledge of sponsor/CRO FSP business practices, alongside advanced understanding of operational/financial practices, SOPs, GCPs, and relevant HR laws.
