This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +6 more countries.
• Supervise a team of employees within the department.
• Ensure effective collaboration with internal departments to maintain high standards in feasibility assessments.
• Manage assigned projects and deliverables, including workload distribution and resource allocation to fulfill contractual commitments.
• Oversee the organization and execution of designated feasibility studies in accordance with timelines, quality benchmarks, and client expectations.
• Facilitate internal planning meetings and participate in client kickoff and interim teleconferences.
• Collaborate on the initial development and prioritization of the site list.
• Guarantee the precision and quality of survey-derived data while reviewing and conducting quality control on departmental outputs.
• Evaluate project status to ensure that milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved successfully.
• Act as a liaison with global, cross-functional teams, including legal, biostatistics, clinical management, and project management.
• Identify potential risks and out-of-scope activities and discuss contingency strategies with strategists and/or project managers.
• Oversee project budget hours for the team.
• Ensure that team members accurately enter and update internal tracking systems.
• Establish best practices for conducting feasibility studies.
• Develop and provide training on feasibility requirements and processes.
• Assign staff to projects and oversee workload management and priorities.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and career discussions with team members.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain personnel.
• Contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of the feasibility system.
• Prior experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the role, typically equivalent to 5+ years.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• An equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and/or directly related experience may be considered.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing data to inform effective decision-making.
• Proven management skills demonstrated through the administration of multiple projects and teams, with cross-functional and client engagement.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and directives.
• Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting, as well as managing to contractual expectations.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to work a standard Monday through Friday schedule.
• Willingness and capability to travel, including occasional site visits, frequent domestic travel, and rare international trips.
