Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the creation of advanced frontend applications, ensuring they are responsive and compatible across various platforms.

• Design scalable and maintainable web applications while adhering to high standards of code quality and best practices.

• Utilize tracking and dashboard tools to assess user behavior alongside product managers to facilitate product iterations.

• Enhance applications for optimal speed and performance, providing a smooth user experience.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define APIs and ensure seamless integration with UI components.

• Guide junior developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Remain updated on the latest frontend technologies and best practices, integrating them into our technology stack to foster innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• At least 1-3 years of professional experience in frontend development, demonstrating a successful history of creating high-quality web applications.

• Experience with user behavior tracking, data analysis, and dashboards, capable of collaborating with product teams in a data-driven manner.

• In-depth knowledge of React, HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+, with a solid understanding of contemporary frontend architectures and patterns.

• Proficient in state management libraries and possess a strong understanding of RESTful APIs.

• Familiar with build tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD processes.

• A robust portfolio that highlights your ability to design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

• Strong communication skills and the capability to collaborate efficiently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin).
