Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering teams to develop elegant, accessible, responsive, and interactive interfaces.

• Transform UI/UX designs into prototypes, create engaging interactions, develop reusable components, and resolve performance issues within the product.

• Work on intricate yet efficient frontend components, such as a data visualization system that generates beautiful charts/tables and a spreadsheet-inspired business modeling system.

• Assist in establishing processes that ensure the long-term success of Drivetrain's engineering team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as a web, UI, JavaScript, or frontend engineer, with strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and a keen eye for design, along with experience debugging using the browser console.

• Proficiency in ReactJS and data structures is essential.

• Ability to write clean and maintainable code with a focus on performance, while also being capable of delivering quickly.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain optimal flow for rapidly evolving designs.

• Experience with Java and AWS is advantageous, though not required.
