Frontend DevOps Engineer, EKS, K8s, Python, Terraform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Oversee production incidents and perform post-mortem analyses to improve system stability and reliability.

• Collaborate with development teams to facilitate smooth application and infrastructure deployments.

• Manage and enhance cloud infrastructure (AWS, AliCloud, TencentCloud) for optimal performance, cost-effectiveness, and high availability.

• Administer and scale Kubernetes clusters (primarily EKS) to accommodate scalable web service deployments.

• Design, construct, and maintain CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and AI/LLM-driven automation.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management through Terraform and Python.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with **AWS services (EC2, ELB, EKS, ECS, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudFront),** AWS SDK, and other cloud offerings (Cloudflare/GCP/AliCloud/TencentCloud).

• Strong proficiency in **Kubernetes**, especially with managed services like **EKS**.

• Skilled in scripting languages such as **Bash, Python, or Go.**

• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and optimizing system performance.

• Knowledge of DevOps toolchains including **Terraform, Docker, and Linux** administration.

• Comprehensive understanding of **networking protocols** and security best practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in English and Mandarin to effectively collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Practical experience in utilizing AI models or tools to tackle operational challenges and enhance deployment workflows.
