Frontend Developer – REACT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients and/or internal teams to ascertain user requirements; collaborate on the initial proposal and design of software solutions to satisfy these needs.

• Develop dynamic and responsive web applications utilizing React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality code, ensuring a seamless user experience across various devices and browsers.

• Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to gather requirements and implement feature enhancements.

• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure that data-driven UI components operate effectively.

• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, code reviews, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Modify existing software to rectify errors or enhance performance.

• Write unit tests and maintain code quality through continuous integration and adherence to best practices.

• Research, promote, and communicate best practices to team members.

• Collect and assess user feedback to improve software usability.

• Establish required system performance standards and hardware configurations based on client specifications, budget, security requirements, and other factors.

• Document development processes, architectural decisions, and modifications to ensure maintainability and facilitate collaboration.

• Supervisory Responsibilities: include but are not limited to collaboration, mentoring team members, fostering individual technical growth, and strengthening the team, among other duties.

• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of experience as a software developer or engineer is required.

• At least five years of expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript, particularly with web app frameworks like React.

• Experience with MUI Grids.

• Familiarity with code branching strategies.

• Experience working with SQL and crafting queries for relational databases.

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar systems.

• Exceptional time management skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

• In-depth understanding of coding languages and systems.

• Capacity to learn new coding languages and technologies.

• Ability to engage in Agile sprinting and ceremonies.

• __**Preferred Skills or Nice-to-Haves:**__

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Possession of a GitHub profile.

• Experience with Next.JS.

• Familiarity with Azure cloud services and platforms.

• Experience with Salesforce.
