This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Design and sustain web and mobile applications utilizing React or Flutter.

• Work in tandem with designers and backend developers to craft effective, responsive user interfaces.

• Maintain code quality through thorough code reviews and testing procedures.

• Apply development best practices and optimize performance.

• Engage in planning meetings and share innovative ideas for ongoing enhancement.

• Demonstrated experience with React and/or Flutter.

• Solid experience with React and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, Zustand, etc.).

• Proficient knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

• Capability to collaborate within a team and possess strong communication skills.

• Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Experience with TypeScript.

• Knowledge of automated testing tools (Jest, Testing Library, or Flutter testing frameworks).

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices.

• Contributions to open-source initiatives.

• Experience with Module Federation and Lerna.

• Familiarity with Material UI.

• Experience in structuring Design Systems and isolating components.

• Knowledge of multiple technology stacks (e.g., Flutter, React, Go, C#, Node.js).

• Awareness of the financial market.

• Experience with software monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Sentry).

• Understanding of software versioning strategies (Git Flow, trunk-based development).
