Frontend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and enhance modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces utilizing React.

• Develop and maintain reusable components while adhering to architectural patterns and best practices.

• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, ensuring effective management of loading, success, and error states.

• Transform Figma prototypes into functional user interfaces, maintaining design integrity and emphasizing user experience.

• Actively engage in team activities such as planning, refinement, and delivery reviews.

• Maintain code quality through automated testing and thorough code reviews.

• Continuously refactor and improve existing code to boost readability, maintainability, and performance.

• Leverage AI tools to expedite tasks such as prototyping, test creation, refactoring, and documentation, while ensuring quality, consistency, and a comprehensive understanding of the implemented solutions.

• Offer suggestions for product enhancements, user experience improvements, and team process optimizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in frontend development using React in production environments.

• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Experience with consuming REST APIs, including managing loading, error, and success states.

• Familiarity with Git and Pull Request workflows, including conducting code reviews.

• Proven experience in building reusable components and structuring frontend code effectively.

• Knowledge of best practices in frontend development, focusing on responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.

• Capability to thrive in a remote work environment with excellent communication and asynchronous collaboration skills.

• Experience or familiarity with AI tools in software development for code generation, refactoring, testing, and documentation, along with an awareness of their limitations and risks.

• Proficient in automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end).

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools.

• Experience with Figma and design systems.

• Understanding of UX/UI principles.

• Experience in optimizing frontend performance.

• Experience or familiarity with Blazor and the .NET ecosystem, particularly in scenarios that integrate with React frontend applications.
