This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
β’ We are seeking a skilled Capability Manager to lead a talent pool of around 50β70 individuals within a Chapter Stream.
β’ This position is responsible for ensuring cohesive workforce management, readiness for delivery, and fostering employee engagement, while balancing business goals with personal ambitions.
β’ Key responsibilities encompass anticipating and addressing staffing requirements, aligning skill enhancement with project needs, providing performance feedback, enhancing project efficiency, mentoring team members, and upholding company values.
β’ Demonstrated experience in managing medium to large technical teams.
β’ Strong abilities in staffing, bench management, and aligning roles with appropriate rates.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of performance management and career development.
β’ Active involvement in capability enhancement, skills mapping, and technical advancement.
β’ Excellent collaboration with Delivery, People Office, and Growth/Recruitment teams.
β’ Strong skills in conflict resolution and stakeholder management.
β’ Experience in developing retention strategies and utilizing employee engagement tools (e.g., eNPS, Officevibe).
β’ Financial understanding in staffing, labor costs, and project profitability.
β’ Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and IT services.
β’ Proficient English communication skills (both written and spoken).
