Frontend Capability Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• We are seeking a skilled Capability Manager to lead a talent pool of around 50–70 individuals within a Chapter Stream.

• This position is responsible for ensuring cohesive workforce management, readiness for delivery, and fostering employee engagement, while balancing business goals with personal ambitions.

• Key responsibilities encompass anticipating and addressing staffing requirements, aligning skill enhancement with project needs, providing performance feedback, enhancing project efficiency, mentoring team members, and upholding company values.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing medium to large technical teams.

• Strong abilities in staffing, bench management, and aligning roles with appropriate rates.

• Comprehensive knowledge of performance management and career development.

• Active involvement in capability enhancement, skills mapping, and technical advancement.

• Excellent collaboration with Delivery, People Office, and Growth/Recruitment teams.

• Strong skills in conflict resolution and stakeholder management.

• Experience in developing retention strategies and utilizing employee engagement tools (e.g., eNPS, Officevibe).

• Financial understanding in staffing, labor costs, and project profitability.

• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and IT services.

• Proficient English communication skills (both written and spoken).
