Front-end Engineer – Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design and advancement of essential frontend features for an Artificial Intelligence platform utilizing React or Angular;

• Architect and execute comprehensive project setup and configuration processes through the user interface;

• Create and enhance the platform's informational layer, encompassing observability dashboards, model status panels, and intricate data visualizations;

• Facilitate model deployment processes via the UI with robust integration to backend APIs;

• Develop production monitoring interfaces and components featuring real-time updates;

• Establish standards for componentization, performance, and accessibility within the platform’s frontend;

• Direct frontend technical evaluations and guarantee architectural coherence among the UI, design system, and APIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency with React or Angular on medium to large-scale platforms, ideally for internal platforms or developer tools;

• Extensive experience in frontend development for sophisticated technical platforms;

• Familiarity with LLMs and MLOps;

• Advanced skills in TypeScript, complex state architectures, and large-scale componentization;

• Experience in integrating with intricate REST APIs, including crafting frontend abstraction layers;

• Proficient in data visualization libraries such as D3.js, Recharts, Chart.js, ECharts, or similar tools;

• Background in design systems and component libraries within environments involving multiple consuming teams;

• Experience with highly complex internal platforms such as developer portals, MLOps UIs, admin panels, or data platforms;

• Familiarity with automated frontend testing using Jest, Cypress, and Testing Library as a standard engineering practice;

• Knowledge of frontend production monitoring, encompassing tools like Datadog RUM, Sentry, and Web Vitals;

• Experience with micro-frontends or modular architectures in multi-team settings;

• Proven ability to collaborate with technical users—such as developers, data engineers, or machine learning engineers—and effectively translate their requirements into user-friendly interfaces.
