📋 Description

• Design and structure web pages that support the core business operations of the company

• Develop enhancements for the user interface

• Optimize web pages to ensure maximum speed and scalability

• Collaborate with back-end developers for coding assistance and troubleshooting

• Ensure brand consistency is upheld throughout all design elements

• Foster product excellence through mentorship and thought leadership

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience, ideally within the fintech industry

• Professional expertise in JavaScript

• Strong command of TypeScript and React

• Familiarity with back-end programming using Go

• Comprehensive understanding of fundamental design principles

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• A humble and resourceful mindset, with a strong drive to accomplish tasks efficiently

• Comfort with uncertainty and the ability to independently formulate and test clear hypotheses

• Proficient in problem-solving without clear guidance

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience is preferred

• Experience in a banking-as-a-service, brokerage-as-a-service, or payment-as-a-service environment is preferred

• Experience with digital assets is a plus but not mandatory
