Front End Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Create Contemporary Web Experiences

• Design responsive, high-quality user interfaces utilizing React & JavaScript/TypeScript

• Play a role in enhancing features within our Progressive Web App

• Assist in delivering consistent experiences across various devices and network conditions

• Engage in Feature Development

• Implement features based on specified requirements and collaborate on design choices

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and senior engineers

• Balance user experience, performance, and technical limitations

• Operate Within Scalable Front-End Architectures

• Contribute to a shared codebase adhering to established patterns and practices

• Participate in discussions regarding architecture and system enhancements

• Collaborate and Enhance Team Dynamics

• Engage in code reviews and technical conversations

• Apply feedback to continually enhance code quality and methodologies

• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and shared ownership

• Work More Efficiently with AI

• Utilize AI-assisted tools (e.g. Claude, Codex) to expedite the development process

• Enhance productivity in debugging, testing, and implementation activities

• Continuously refine the integration of AI into your workflow

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in developing user-facing web applications

• 2+ years of expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and React

• Strong grasp of modern HTML, CSS, and front-end principles

• Experience with APIs and integrating backend services

• Capability to debug issues and navigate existing codebases

• Familiarity with testing methodologies (unit and end-to-end)

• Excellent written communication skills (we prioritize asynchronous communication)
