This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

• Developing and enhancing front-end features utilized by healthcare professionals and patients globally;

• Designing and upholding scalable, efficient, and accessible front-end architecture;

• Converting intricate healthcare workflows into straightforward, user-friendly experiences;

• Contributing to architectural choices and front-end standards within the front-end community;

• Collaborating with engineers, designers, and product owners in a dynamic product environment;

• Reviewing code and elevating front-end quality across various teams;

• Utilizing modern tools such as TypeScript, React (or similar frameworks), GitHub, and AI-assisted development tools;

• Assisting in maintaining consistency and manageability as the platform expands internationally.

• Over 4 years of experience in similar roles and settings, including ownership of technical decisions and contributions to team standards;

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, along with substantial hands-on experience with React or other contemporary front-end frameworks;

• Experience in developing or contributing to scalable front-end architectures in complex product settings;

• Comfortable working collaboratively in cross-functional teams alongside engineers, designers, and product owners;

• Familiarity with modern development workflows and tools such as GitHub and Linear;

• Knowledgeable about AI and experienced in using AI tools in a responsible and effective manner to enhance development workflows and output quality;

• Proficient in English, as it is the primary language for all internal communications at Luscii.
