Front-End Developer, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Effectively implementing web-based user interactions.

• Assisting in the development of new user-facing features, as well as creating reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

• Converting designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

• Creating and implementing highly responsive user interface components.

• Diagnosing interface problems and debugging application errors.

• Documenting application modifications and integrating updates.

• Monitoring and enhancing front-end performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with design systems such as Evergreen, Spectrum, Material, and Bootstrap.

• Understanding of state-management libraries like jotai, Redux-toolkit, and react-tracked.

• Experience using the browser-based debugger.

• Background in TDD and BDD, along with familiarity with testing libraries like mocha, chai, enzyme, and RTL.

• System thinking and a desire to write improved code.

• Experience utilizing dev-tools.

• Confidence to be open and seek assistance when necessary.

• A problem-solving mindset, proactive approach, and strong communication skills.

• Proficiency in Typescript, with knowledge of Service workers/work-box being recommended.

• Understanding of web accessibility (ARIA) is recommended.

• Familiarity with profiling techniques is also recommended.

• Proactive, quick learner, analytical thinker, and detail-oriented are recommended traits.
