Front End Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Engage in the hands-on development of user-centered, immersive, and responsive web applications, promoting clean code practices, testing, process enhancements, and ongoing improvements.

• Utilize advanced TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks (such as Angular, Vue, Svelte, and React) along with modern styling frameworks (including Tailwind, MUI, and CSS Modules) for contemporary content, commerce, or bespoke applications.

• Address all facets of web products, including the implementation of design wireframes, animation/motion, business logic, backend API interfaces, and the integration of analytics & SEO, performance, and security measures.

• Deliver pixel-perfect UI/UX designs while upholding exceptional quality standards and meticulous attention to detail.

• Enhance user interfaces for performance, scalability, and accessibility, ensuring a fluid user experience across various devices and screen sizes.

• Define, validate, implement, and test strategies for developing scalable and efficient software.

• Collaborate with design and product teams to discover and apply innovative technology solutions that improve customer experiences and boost conversion rates.

• Create and maintain reusable web software components and libraries for internal utilization to enhance development efficiency.

• Exhibit proactivity and a results-driven mindset, with a strong eagerness to learn and advance.

• Serve as a product advocate, demonstrating a keen interest in technology trends.

• Complete assigned tasks promptly within project parameters.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in developing web applications using TypeScript (NextJS, React).

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6.

• Experience in crafting reusable code and libraries.

• Ensure precise implementation of UI/UX designs.

• Proven track record in building large-scale frontend applications with an emphasis on scalability, performance, and accessibility (a11y).

• Proficiency in Bootstrap, SCSS, and Tailwind CSS is essential.

• Familiarity with component libraries such as Radix UI and ShadCN.

• Experience with API integrations, including REST or GraphQL.

• Skilled in developing cross-browser compatible applications that function smoothly across all browsers.

• Experience with at least one headless CMS (such as Contentful, Sanity, or similar) with Server-Side Rendering (SSR).

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in an agile development setting.

• Strong foundation in creating scalable and efficient systems.

• Capable of mentoring junior engineers and contributing to technical decision-making.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
