This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop, test, debug, and maintain front-end code for HitachiVantara.com, ensuring compliance with best practices and performance standards.
• Oversee the web development queue, prioritizing and assigning tasks based on business requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Web Experience to implement the website roadmap, encompassing new features and optimizations.
• Coordinate with our digital agency on AEM back-end development initiatives, ensuring that all work aligns with standards and delivery expectations.
• Manage and execute deployments through Adobe Cloud Manager, including pipeline configuration, branch management, and environment promotion across development, staging, and production.
• Work alongside design, content, analytics, and other cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Act as the internal AEM front-end subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate front-end and AEM-related challenges in collaboration with back-end developers.
• Support third-party integrations, including marketing automation platforms, analytics, and API-driven content sources.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience; prior senior or lead roles preferred.
• Advanced expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Strong practical experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including component development and the AEM authoring/publishing lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Adobe Cloud Manager for CI/CD pipeline management, environment configuration, and deployment workflows.
• Proficient in Git, including managing multiple remotes, branch strategies, and resolving merge conflicts across internal and vendor repositories.
• Expertise in responsive design, mobile-first UI, and contemporary CSS architecture (Flexbox, Grid, BEM, SASS/SCSS, or similar).
• Experience with integrating and consuming RESTful APIs and working with asynchronous JavaScript patterns.
• Understanding of front-end performance optimization (code splitting, lazy loading, Lighthouse audits, web vitals).
• Familiarity with Webpack and associated front-end build tooling.
• Proven experience collaborating with external agencies and internal cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to troubleshoot complex issues.
