This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Respond to and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and messages
• Offer information and support to customers or clients
• Arrange appointments and oversee calendars
• Keep records, documents, and databases organized

• Perform basic administrative and clerical duties
• Ensure outstanding customer service and maintain professional communication
• Prior experience as a receptionist, virtual assistant, or in customer support is preferred
