French to Arabic OPI/VRI Interpreter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner while following the interpreter's code of conduct.

• Take notes during the calls.

• Facilitate communication between clients with limited Arabic proficiency and the Client during interpretation sessions.

• Participate in internal professional training and obtain necessary certifications.

• Communicate and provide updates to the team leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience in interpreting both French and Arabic.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare and medical terminology.

• Prior experience with Over-the-Phone Interpreting (OPI) or Video Remote Interpreting (VRI).

• Ability to accurately and completely convey messages.

• Must adhere to the dress code for video remote interpreting.
