This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design and revise French lessons, ensuring a captivating curriculum that enhances students' proficiency in practical settings.
• Instruct based on a curriculum customized to meet immigration, academic, and business requirements.
• Plan and contribute to the development of teaching materials.
• Evaluate and assess students' levels and needs regarding their French language learning.
• Organize and administer preparation for official international tests for students.
• Plan, evaluate, and support each student's language proficiency to ensure they are prepared for job interviews when necessary.
• Analyze students' linguistic needs and design lessons in alignment with the course curriculum and student progress reports for the appropriate level.
• Foster an environment that equally motivates all students to articulate their thoughts, think critically, collaborate, and take initiative.
• Monitor progress and conduct individual meetings with students as outlined in progress reports.
• Enhance students' vocabulary for both formal and informal contexts, such as dialogues, discussions, and role-plays.
• Encourage and support students in self-correction.
• Evaluate and provide constructive feedback to students in ways that build their confidence in using French.

• Professional qualification in foreign language education or a language teaching certificate.
• Fluency in at least two languages: French and English or French and Spanish. Knowledge of French, English, and Spanish is a plus.
