This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Design and revise French lessons, ensuring a captivating curriculum that enhances students' proficiency in practical settings.
β’ Instruct based on a curriculum customized to meet immigration, academic, and business requirements.
β’ Plan and contribute to the development of teaching materials.
β’ Evaluate and assess students' levels and needs regarding their French language learning.
β’ Organize and administer preparation for official international tests for students.
β’ Plan, evaluate, and support each student's language proficiency to ensure they are prepared for job interviews when necessary.
β’ Analyze students' linguistic needs and design lessons in alignment with the course curriculum and student progress reports for the appropriate level.
β’ Foster an environment that equally motivates all students to articulate their thoughts, think critically, collaborate, and take initiative.
β’ Monitor progress and conduct individual meetings with students as outlined in progress reports.
β’ Enhance students' vocabulary for both formal and informal contexts, such as dialogues, discussions, and role-plays.
β’ Encourage and support students in self-correction.
β’ Evaluate and provide constructive feedback to students in ways that build their confidence in using French.
β’ Additional related responsibilities.
β’ Professional qualification in foreign language education or a language teaching certificate.
β’ Fluency in at least two languages: French and English or French and Spanish. Knowledge of French, English, and Spanish is a plus.
