This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Act as a Customer Service Advisor for a new telecommunications company

• Provide customer support in a remote setting

• Engage in the selection and training process

• Work during morning shifts

• Utilize a PC or laptop equipped with a webcam and stable internet for operations

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid ID

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Good communication skills and negotiation ability

• Availability to work remotely during morning shifts

• Functional PC/laptop with a webcam throughout the training selection process

• Fixed internet connection with a stable download speed of at least 30 Mbps

• Reside in Lima, Chiclayo, or Piura

• Secondary education

• No professional experience required
