French Speaking Customer Service Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Provide customer support to French-speaking clients through telephone, email, and live chat.

• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests, aiming for resolution on the first contact.

• Record customer interactions and case updates in the company’s CRM system.

• Investigate and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams.

• Contribute to team performance goals, including customer satisfaction, response times, and quality assurance.

• Stay updated on product and service changes, company policies, and industry best practices.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and team leaders to exchange knowledge and enhance support processes.

• Maintain the company’s brand values and service standards in all customer interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in French, both spoken and written — a strict requirement.

• Valid EU passport or appropriate work authorization — essential.

• Proficient in English for internal communication and training purposes.

• Prior experience in customer service, contact center, or customer support services is highly beneficial.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Strong digital literacy skills.

• Capable of using CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and standard office software.

• Self-driven and dependable.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while remaining collaborative.
