French-speaking Customer Care Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Serve as the approachable and knowledgeable point of contact for French-speaking merchants and business owners via chat, email, and phone;

• Take full responsibility for customer issues from initial contact to resolution – ensuring follow-up, closure, and that nothing slips through the cracks;

• Assist customers in understanding their accounts, navigating our products, and deriving real value from the platform – using clear and straightforward French;

• Function as the customer’s advocate within the organization – collaborating with specialist teams across the company (such as payments operations or account verification) to expedite the resolution of complex cases;

• Articulate technical or financial subjects – such as payment processes, fees, or account statuses – in an easily comprehensible and jargon-free manner;

• Relay patterns and feedback from customer interactions with the broader team to foster improvements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in French and a strong command of English, both written and spoken;

• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing position – prior work in a call center, BPO, or support environment is ideal;

• The capability to clarify technical or financial concepts using simple, friendly language – making the complex seem uncomplicated;

• A calm and composed demeanor during busy or challenging situations, along with a genuine passion for assisting others;

• Comfort in utilizing digital tools and systems, with a keen eye for detail;

• An interest in fintech, payments, or business technology – prior experience with payment systems or POS solutions is a significant advantage;

• Flexibility – myPOS operates rapidly, and you view change as an opportunity rather than a disruption.
