This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

• Develop lesson plans by examining the provided materials and customizing the content to meet each student's individual needs.

• Foster a supportive learning atmosphere where students feel secure in making mistakes and exploring the language.

• Track and document student development following each lesson.

• Establish your own timetable according to your availability, with a commitment of 15–20 hours per week.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications.

• Teaching experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proficiency in French at an expert level; intermediate proficiency in English.

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• Technical specifications: a minimum download speed of 15 Mbps and upload speed of 15 Mbps.

• A reliable wired internet connection (Wi-Fi is insufficient).

• A PC or laptop operating on Windows 10 or later, or macOS 11 or later (Linux is not supported).

• A USB headset and a camera are required.

• If you reside in an area prone to load shedding, you must have a backup power solution to ensure your devices remain operational.

• At least a 2 GHz base processor speed and a minimum of 4 GB of RAM are necessary.

• Complimentary access to group language sessions as an instructor.

• Flexible scheduling that suits your personal requirements (the original schedule must be adhered to for the initial 3–4 months).
