This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

• Manage incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in both French and English.

• Provide timely, accurate, and comprehensive information in response to customer requests.

• Evaluate customer needs, suggest suitable solutions, and ensure high satisfaction levels.

• Handle order inquiries, product information, billing questions, and general account support.

• Record interactions and update internal systems with clear and thorough case notes.

• Refer complex issues to specialist teams following established protocols.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to resolve cases effectively.

• Uphold quality standards, achieve performance targets, and adhere to company policies.

• Proficiency in French and a good command of English (B2 or above).

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Comfortable using computers and navigating various systems.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse, international team.

• Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

• Must be eligible to work in Bulgaria.
