French Bilingual – Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete software implementation process for new clients, typically lasting 8 weeks, through phone, email, and virtual meetings.

• Collect and document client requirements, validate project scope, and create realistic timelines and program objectives.

• Serve as a client partner and mediator for collaboration across departments and resource management.

• Assist with the deployment of additional products and integrations, such as RESTful API and CRM/HRM integrations.

• Deliver comprehensive training on Absorb LMS, tailored to the unique needs of each client, including best practices and workflows.

• Oversee a portfolio of projects while managing multiple initiatives and upholding a high standard of quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Client Onboarding, Implementation, and Project Management, or a related field.

• Previous experience in training or software training is required.

• Familiarity with fundamental online/SaaS concepts is necessary.

• Demonstrated time management abilities are crucial.

• A project-focused mindset is essential.

• Prior experience in LMS administration or training is preferred.

• Knowledge of the adult learning and E-learning sector is advantageous.

• PMP certification or formal project management experience is a plus.

• Experience with data import tools is preferred.

• Familiarity with Absorb LMS, Salesforce, ChurnZero, Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and Gong is beneficial.

• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check, including a criminal record check.

• Must provide evidence of legal eligibility to work in the country of application without sponsorship.
