• Market Intelligence & Industry Mapping: Analyze the regional ecosystem across various industries to pinpoint high-potential sectors, accounts, and key decision-makers.
• Lead Generation & Pipeline Development: Implement multi-channel lead generation strategies, which include cold outreach, referrals, LinkedIn engagement, partnerships, and events.
• Appointment Setting & Lead Qualification: Schedule high-quality meetings with essential decision-makers within target accounts.
• Business Development & Revenue Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation to closure.
• Key Account Management: Foster long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners, enhancing account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
• Solution Selling & Proposal Development: Develop customized proposals and value propositions that align with client goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and delivery teams to ensure the smooth execution of sold projects.
• Reporting & Performance Management: Keep precise sales forecasts and pipeline reports, monitoring KPIs including conversion rates.
• Strong B2B sales experience, ideally within the events, media, or technology sectors.
• A proven history of achieving or surpassing revenue targets.
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to engage and influence C-level executives with assurance and credibility.
• Strategic thinking paired with robust execution skills.
• High ownership mentality—showing accountability and achieving results without excuses.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and a data-driven approach to sales and decision-making.
