This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Build and nurture relationships with shippers, offering customized solutions for their freight requirements.
β’ Oversee customer accounts, delivering exceptional service and consistent follow-ups.
β’ Work alongside our brokerage team to identify suitable carriers for your clients' shipments.
β’ Grow your client base by discovering and onboarding new customers.
β’ Remain informed about industry trends and market changes to provide clients with the most competitive rates and solutions.
β’ Minimum of 1 year of sales experience and 2 years of logistics experience (preferably in freight brokerage or the trucking industry).
β’ Capability to independently quote freight or employ company-provided quoting tools to obtain competitive rates.
β’ An established transferable book of business is advantageous, though not mandatory.
β’ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
β’ Self-driven, demonstrating a proven capacity to work autonomously.
β’ Familiarity with TMS systems is beneficial, although training will be provided.
β’ A competitive, uncapped commission split with no non-compete clauseβagents maintain full ownership of their clients.
β’ Comprehensive back-office support, encompassing billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
β’ Operational assistance from our brokerage team, including load booking, carrier management, and freight tracking.
β’ Bi-weekly commissions via ACH for invoiced loads.
β’ Access to a vast network of carriers and full utilization of our TMS system.
β’ Dedicated support from our agent relations team to ensure your success.
