This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee your own client portfolio
• Secure freight and negotiate pricing
• Arrange loads with qualified carriers
• Manage profit margins and ensure seamless execution
• Foster strong and professional relationships
• Demonstrated experience in freight brokerage or logistics sales
• Existing portfolio of business (preferred)
• Strong relationships with shippers
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Unlimited earning potential – income based on your performance
• 50/50 commission split (after the initial ramp-up period)
• Rapid back-office support (billing, collections, and claims management)
• Complete access to TMS, DAT, Truckstop, and carrier network
