Freelancer GTM Engineer – AI Automation Specialist, n8n, Clay

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establishing a well-thought-out marketing and sales structure for Sophie, with meaningful support from AI.

• Brand Building/Architecture: Creating an AI-driven content pipeline (text, image, video).

• Host-Acquisition Engine: Developing an agentic workflow (n8n + Clay).

• Multi-Channel Outreach: Scaling personalized campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and physical mail.

• Data Governance: Integration into the Sophie CRM and development of KPI dashboards to guide growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are proficient in n8n (self-hosted) and skilled in Clay (Waterfall Enrichment, Claygent).

• You know how to throttle and control Claude 4.x and GPT-5.x via API to prevent hallucinations.

• You understand B2B sales cycles and know how to link brand building with performance sales.

• You are aware of legal boundaries (§ 7 UWG) and create systems that protect the company.
