Freelance Website Developer, Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and refresh Pramira’s WordPress website

• Implement updates for content, pages, layouts, menus, images, and forms

• Create and modify pages and landing pages, along with customizing themes through child themes and page builders

• Install, set up, update, and troubleshoot plugins

• Manage WordPress core, themes, and plugins, ensuring proper backups and security practices

• Maintain contact forms, lead capture systems, and integrations with email or CRM platforms

• Assist with basic SEO and performance initiatives, such as metadata, image optimization, and page speed improvements

• Test responsive design and cross-browser functionality prior to publishing

• Manage hosting responsibilities, including DNS records, SSL certificates, and email routing

• Establish and monitor analytics and Search Console tracking

• Create and update web graphics, banners, icons, page sections, and assets for landing pages

• Prepare and optimize web images

• Design advertising sets, email campaigns, display ads, and social media content

• Produce flyers, brochures, one-pagers, e-book covers, presentations, infographics, and proposal templates

• Edit creative assets, including cropping, resizing, and adding text overlays

• Stitch and edit short video content and GIFs

• Update and rejuvenate the company logo while maintaining brand standards

• Organize creative assets for team accessibility

• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute marketing campaign materials

• Create artwork for merchandise including apparel and promotional items

• Design vehicle wraps and fleet graphics based on measured templates

• Work with print vendors on proofs, color matching, and file specifications

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and templates as digital deliverables expand

• Manage a shared library of creative assets and website documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of practical experience in building and maintaining WordPress websites

• Proficient understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, page builders, and WordPress admin functionalities, including troubleshooting

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic PHP or JavaScript for WordPress customization

• Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience

• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• A portfolio showcasing live WordPress sites developed or maintained, along with logo, print, or merchandise projects

• Experience in preparing print-ready files, including CMYK, bleed, vector outlines, and resolution specifications

• Capable of working independently and responding to requests within agreed timelines

• Ability to accurately log time for invoicing purposes

• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace

• Familiarity with WooCommerce, Elementor, Gravity Forms, or similar WordPress tools

• Experience using SEO tools such as Yoast or Rank Math, Google Analytics, and Search Console

• Familiarity with cPanel or similar hosting environments, including DNS, SSL, and email setup

• Experience designing vehicle wraps or fleet graphics

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, After Effects, or Premiere Pro

• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Canva, or CorelDRAW

• Experience in sectors like construction, telecom, or field services

• Comfortable using Gmail, Slack, or Microsoft Teams

• Submission of an online portfolio link is required

• Provide links to at least two live WordPress sites that you have built or maintained

• Include one logo, print, merchandise, or vehicle wrap project as a case study

• Indicate your hourly rate in PHP and typical response time for requests

• Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a brief design task
