Freelance Veterinarian (m/f/d)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide medical diagnoses and treatment for patients while advising pet owners (m/f/d), with assistance from a dedicated central team managing administrative tasks on your behalf.

• Mentor junior colleagues by sharing your clinical expertise and enjoy the process of building and enhancing a top-tier team of skilled veterinarians (m/f/d) and veterinary nurses/assistants (TFAs).

• Work collaboratively with our office team to optimize processes based on your insights, making your work more efficient.

• Actively engage in filu’s medical vision: influence the culture within your team and contribute to the modernization and ongoing enhancement of veterinary care.

⛳️ Requirements

• You must be a licensed veterinarian (m/f/d) with a passion for small animal medicine and confidence in conducting consultations.

• A professional demeanor, along with qualities such as helpfulness, empathy, and the ability to communicate openly, warmly, and respectfully with colleagues and clients (m/f/d) are essential traits you possess.

• You should have a keen interest in a variety of small animal veterinary tasks within a modern, well-equipped work setting, and be excited by the dynamic culture of a young startup.

• Curiosity, teamwork, a sense of humor, and a desire to innovate within the field of veterinary medicine are qualities you embrace!
