📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire design process, from initial discovery to final delivery, crafting intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing experiences for our web and mobile platforms.

• Engage in user research, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, and visual design, effectively translating both user and business requirements into high-quality solutions.

• Utilize tools such as Figma, Claude, and Cursor to produce production-ready designs, contribute to our design systems, and work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure effective implementation.

• Confidently communicate design choices, participate in review sessions, incorporate feedback, and uphold a high standard of quality through testing, documentation, and design quality assurance.

• Thrive in an independent working environment while also contributing to a collaborative, design-focused culture that emphasizes continuous improvement and the delivery of outstanding user experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong enthusiasm for creating exceptional products.

• 3–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably with some experience working within or alongside multidisciplinary digital product teams.

• A compelling portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects across web and/or mobile platforms, highlighting both UX strategy and high-quality visual execution.

• Proficiency in Figma, including component-based design, auto-layout, and design handoff processes.

• Familiarity with design systems, with experience in contributing to or developing them being a plus.

• Solid grounding in user-centered design principles, including experience with usability testing, synthesizing user research, and iterative design practices.

• Comfort with AI tools as part of the design process, including their use for prototyping, accessibility evaluation, and research synthesis. Familiarity with Claude, Cursor, or similar tools is advantageous, but a willingness to learn and adapt is crucial.

• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across various time zones and cultures (we celebrate diversity!).

• A relevant degree is appreciated, but unconventional career paths are equally valued.

• A preference for working in a highly agile and cooperative environment.

• Adequate technical literacy to run a web or mobile application locally, navigate a codebase at a basic level, and submit pull requests with design modifications or annotations. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should feel at ease with using a terminal or Git workflow.
