Freelance Trainer – Product Management, AI Tools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for ensuring the learning success and motivation of participants.

• Serve as a coach in a flipped-classroom model to facilitate and support learning processes.

• Foster active engagement with learning materials and their practical applications.

• Promote discussions regarding learned content through innovative formats.

• Oversee individual project work and evaluate deliverables.

• Assist in the (further) enhancement of the product offering.

• Conduct remote teaching from a home office.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in product management.

• Strong hands-on experience in product management related to physical and/or digital products, as well as AI-supported applications.

• A degree or vocational training in business, technology, innovation, or an equivalent qualification.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Jira.

• Considerable product management experience with practical applications of generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Gamma).

• Familiarity with business cases, portfolio management, go-to-market strategies, and KPI-based performance evaluation.

• Skilled in stakeholder management, lateral leadership, and collaboration with product and project teams.

• Experience with hypotheses, experiments, and innovation processes.

• Excellent proficiency in the training language German (C2).
