Freelance Trainer Product Management, AI Tools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for ensuring the learning success and motivation of participants

• Foster active involvement with the learning materials and their practical application

• Promote discussions regarding the acquired knowledge

• Oversee and evaluate the individual execution of tasks during project work

• Assist in the (further) enhancement of the product

• Conduct teaching sessions from a home office environment

• Implement innovative formats to engage the group

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in product management

• Strong practical background in product management related to both analogue and/or digital products, as well as AI-assisted applications

• Possession of a degree or training in business, technology, innovation, or a similar qualification

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Jira

• Extensive experience in product management and utilizing generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Gamma)

• Understanding of business cases, portfolio management, go-to-market strategies, and KPI-driven success evaluation

• Skilled in stakeholder management, lateral leadership, and collaboration with product and project teams

• Data-oriented approach with KPIs, experiments, and basic analyses employing AI for forecasting and visualizations

• Excellent command of German for training purposes (C2)
