Freelance Trainer – Controlling & Business Intelligence, Power BI, AI Tools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume accountability for the success and motivation of learners.

• Provide support and coaching to learners within a flipped-classroom framework.

• Promote active involvement with learning materials and their practical implementation.

• Encourage discussions about learning outcomes using creative formats.

• Foster a positive educational and work atmosphere.

• Oversee the individual completion of tasks within project assignments.

• Evaluate and assess project work.

• Assist in the continuous development of the product.

• Conduct instruction from a home office.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in Controlling & Business Intelligence.

• Proficient command of German (the training language) at C2 level.

• In-depth knowledge in Controlling & Business Intelligence.

• Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Business Informatics, or a relevant field, along with relevant professional experience.

• Familiarity with AI fundamentals in reporting.

• Expertise in data analysis and visualization techniques.

• Understanding of forecasting and scenario analysis.

• Knowledge of automated reporting and anomaly detection methods.

• Ability to comprehend and assess processes using AI technologies.

• Familiarity with self-service Business Intelligence concepts.

• Experience with Power BI as the primary analytical tool.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.

• Ability to effectively utilize generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot in Excel.

• Please include an overview of projects that involved Power BI and/or AI tools in Controlling & Business Intelligence with your application.

• Several years of experience as an online trainer is advantageous.

• Ideally, experience in funded continuing education programs.

• Experience with innovative teaching methods in synchronous online sessions is desirable.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork are preferred.
