Freelance TikTok Shop Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will spearhead Doonails' TikTok Shop strategy and creator operations in the United States.

• Your primary objective will be to maintain the shop health metrics (AHR, OTDR, VTR) in optimal condition.

• You will regularly monitor AHR, OTDR, and VTR, identify early root causes of any declines in metrics, and collaborate with the E-commerce team to implement necessary corrective measures.

• You will link TikTok Shop revenue to our comprehensive attribution framework (including Amazon and Online Shop), working alongside our analytics team to outline the complete customer journey and inform budgetary decisions.

• You will oversee the product feed and synchronization logic within the TikTok ecosystem.

• You will suggest structured A/B tests for product titles, thumbnails, and CTAs based on current TikTok trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• TikTok Seller Center & Affiliate Center: Proven experience managing TikTok Shop from both perspectives, not just navigating the interface, but actively maintaining a live shop that generates real revenue.

• Shop Health Metrics: You have a solid understanding of AHR, OTDR, and VTR, know how to interpret them, and understand what actions to take when they decline.

• Cross-Platform Attribution: Experience in linking TikTok Shop performance to a wider attribution framework, such as Amazon, Shopify, or similar e-commerce setups.

• Feed Management & API Integrations: You have hands-on experience with product feeds, catalog synchronization, or API-based integrations in an e-commerce context.

• A/B Testing & Conversion: A demonstrated history of conducting structured listing tests and converting results into quantifiable improvements in conversion rates.

• Communication: Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of German is advantageous but not a requirement for this position.
