Freelance Telesales Representative B2B

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Initiate phone conversations with CEOs and decision-makers within the B2B sector.

• Follow up with businesses that have previously received an introductory letter from our team.

• Actively seek out new customers via telephone.

• Conduct needs assessments and engage in consultative discussions.

• Showcase our services during video meetings.

• Create and follow up on proposals.

• Finalize B2B contracts.

• Maintain and log records in the CRM system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales.

• Proven experience in acquiring new customers over the phone.

• Confident and professional demeanor when interacting with CEOs and decision-makers.

• Highly self-driven with robust closing capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and with a structured approach.

• Proficient in German, both written and spoken.

• Equipped with a fully functional home office that includes a Microsoft device.

• Technical requirement: personal laptop or PC (Windows operating system).

• Reliable internet connection.
