This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee the entire employee advocacy program, from onboarding sales representatives to publishing content, utilizing a streamlined workflow that reduces friction for sales teams.
• Create and design over 20 LinkedIn posts monthly in various formats (short text, long-form, carousels, visuals) and across different content pillars (Thought Leadership, Lead Generation, Industry Updates).
• Conduct monthly reviews and updates for Dust agents.
• Train and empower approximately 40 sales representatives, facilitate kickoff sessions, develop guides and templates, and maintain engagement over time.
• Manage our internal content hub, Slack channel, weekly highlights, and monthly leaderboard.
• Continuously enhance our content tools and processes.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing or social media.
• Demonstrated experience in LinkedIn ghostwriting at scale (essential requirement).
• Practical experience with employee advocacy and social selling initiatives.
• Proficient with Taplio or similar LinkedIn scheduling tools (knowledge of SuperGrow is a bonus but not mandatory), as well as Notion, Dust, and Canva.
• Fluent in both English and French.
• Highly self-sufficient — capable of managing 40 sales reps with varying levels of engagement.
