📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and manage the voice of ComplexLuxe across various social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), demonstrating keen editorial judgment and audience-sensitive framing tailored to the luxury fashion sector.

• Create, curate, and disseminate all content across ComplexLuxe social channels, which includes odds-based content, predictive insights, game-day reactions, betting trends, and platform-specific storytelling.

• Lead community management, moderation, and direct message engagement, nurturing a credible, informed, and energetic betting community that aligns with the Complex tone.

• Take ownership of significant fashion moments, collaborating with design to create platform-specific assets and independently producing reactive creative content in real-time.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, video, commerce, partnerships, and experiential teams within Complex Networks to enhance betting-related initiatives and brand collaborations.

• Implement promotions for betting-focused commerce and experiential events, including live-event coverage, watch parties, predictive market launches, and partner activations.

• Ideate, source, and generate real-time betting content that captures memes and trending narratives on the verge of virality. Participate in editorial brainstorming sessions and social planning meetings to ensure that betting coverage is culturally relevant, timely, and distinct.

• Act as the primary representative for ComplexLuxe social objectives (growth, engagement, video views, referral traffic), formulating vertical-specific strategies and optimizing performance based on analytics and platform trends.

• Monitor and share social and platform best practices related to luxury content, offering competitive analyses and examples of best-in-class performance.

• Oversee the workflow of editorial social posts, coordinating with branded social to align sponsored betting content with organic publishing schedules.

• Implement and leverage AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, predictive content ideation, performance analysis, and creative testing.

• Explore, recommend, and test emerging platforms and betting-related communities to broaden ComplexLuxe’s reach.

• Appear on camera as necessary for betting previews, rapid reactions, odds breakdowns, and social-first video content.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in social media and editorial roles with a publisher, sports brand, betting platform, or a culturally relevant media organization.

• Profound understanding of sports betting, predictive markets, odds culture, and their intersections with sports, pop culture, and internet trends.

• Strong knowledge of major U.S. and global sports (NFL, NBA, MLB, soccer, college sports, combat sports, etc.).

• A positive, intuitive, proactive, and collaborative team player with strong decision-making abilities in fast-paced live-event environments.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the capacity to translate betting terminology into accessible and engaging social media content.

• Willingness to appear on camera for social media content.

• Must be open to working nights, weekends, and holidays during major sporting events.

• Deep familiarity with all social platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook) and an understanding of audience behavior across them.

• Proven success in driving audience engagement and action within sports or betting communities.

• Stay informed on competitors within luxury media and betting content to ensure ComplexLuxe remains uniquely positioned.

• Strong self-management skills and a proactive attitude.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Premiere Pro.
