Freelance Senior Project Manager – Architecture, Interior Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Autonomous leadership and management of intricate construction and architectural projects

• Coordination of multidisciplinary teams including planners, specialized engineers, and clients

• Oversight of costs, timelines, and quality throughout all phases of the project

• Management of contracts and change orders, along with the supervision of external service providers

• Liaison with clients, authorities, and project stakeholders

• Guaranteeing successful project completion in accordance with our quality standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline

• Several years of professional experience in project management or project control

• Strong understanding of HOAI

• Business-fluent German and very good English language skills

• Independent, organized, and solution-focused working approach

• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, and confident in client interactions

• Availability for freelance project assignments (either on-site or remote)
