This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee and implement paid media strategies across both social and search platforms.
• Develop and execute data-informed digital strategies to enhance advertising expenditures.
• Create sophisticated paid social media and paid search approaches.
• Guarantee effective campaign execution and budget management.
• Monitor performance metrics for advertising initiatives.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results.
• Perform comprehensive research and apply strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Manage campaigns across Demand-Side Platforms (DSP) for diverse formats.
• Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing with an emphasis on paid media strategy, particularly in Social and Search channels.
• Proven experience in managing high-budget campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and performance indicators.
• Extensive knowledge in optimizing cross-channel campaigns for video, mobile, and display advertising.
• Proficiency in interpreting GA4 data and utilizing insights to enhance campaigns.
• Technical problem-solving abilities related to buying platforms, emphasizing proactive solutions.
• Strong analytical talents and the capability to convert data into actionable strategies and reports.
• Outstanding client communication skills, with experience in conveying complex performance insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
