Freelance Senior Linguist – Marketing & Life Sciences, Oromo

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in translating and copy editing content within the specified subject matter areas or verticals: **Investigator facing, Patient facing and/or Pharmacy material, Marketing, Help and UI content**.

• Professional proficiency in English (US/GB).

• Native-level command of Oromo as the Target Language, along with a strong understanding of cultural nuances.

• Candidates must be familiar with various CAT tools such as XTM, Phrase, Trados, Jira, Smartling, etc.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Word and MS Excel.

• Preferred: A degree in Translation, or if holding another degree, a minimum of 3 years of translation experience; or if no degree, at least 5 years of translation experience.
