Freelance Senior AI Engineer – Multi-agent systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Construct and enhance AI systems: Design, develop, and optimize essential components of our agentic AI framework with an emphasis on performance and dependability.

• Create agentic workflows: Expand on multi-agent systems utilizing LLMs, orchestration frameworks (LangGraph), RAG, and context engineering.

• Implement advanced AI features: Innovate capabilities such as layout optimization, structured reasoning processes, and multimodal workflows.

• Participate in product development: Work in close collaboration with product and engineering teams to refine features through experimentation and rapid iteration.

• Promote ongoing enhancement: Assist in defining best practices for evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and scaling of AI systems in a production environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership, creative problem-solving abilities, and a practical approach to quickly developing and delivering solutions.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in building production-quality AI systems, particularly focused on Large Language Models.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing agentic architectures and multi-step reasoning pipelines.

• Practical experience with orchestration frameworks like LangGraph and retrieval systems (RAG/REC).

• In-depth knowledge of prompt engineering, evaluation techniques, and optimization of LLM reliability.

• Proficiency in English, which is our primary business language.

• Willingness to start on short notice.
