Freelance Recruitment Partner, Mandarin Chinese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract top-tier candidates utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and various other methods.

• Assess, interview, and evaluate candidates based on client specifications.

• Collaborate closely with our Service Delivery Team and Managing Director to provide exceptional recruitment solutions.

• Establish and sustain talent pipelines across diverse industries.

• Organize interviews and oversee candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain organized and updated candidate information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Foster long-term relationships with candidates, becoming their trusted advisor in career development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken).

• Strong understanding of the Chinese talent landscape.

• Capability to source and recruit candidates within China.

• Prior experience in recruitment or talent sourcing.

• Experience in international recruitment is highly beneficial.

• Self-driven, organized, and capable of working autonomously.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Quick to respond, proactive, and focused on delivering results.

• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment technologies is an advantage.
