This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Manage the recruitment and selection process from start to finish.

• Assist in profile gathering with the client.

• Develop the search strategy (job postings on job boards, hunting, strategic searches, etc.).

• Gather information through telephone screening.

• Provide detailed explanations and address any questions regarding available vacancies.

• Conduct competency-based interviews.

• Monitor and follow up on evaluations.

• Send a shortlist to the internal client.

• Organize and keep documentation updated.

• Perform other functions assigned within your area of expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Degree in Psychology (Organizational area).

• Experience in the educational sector (desirable).

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the position.

• Experience in Head Hunting.

• Knowledge of psychological tests for mass recruitment.

• Must have immediate availability.

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Availability to work in a 100% remote modality.
