Freelance Real Estate Photographer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality photography, Matterport 3D tours, videography, drone photography/videography, virtual staging, bespoke design, and printed marketing materials.

• Ensure daily photo submissions by 8:00pm (EST) on the same day.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in real estate photography.

• Proficient in using a Full Frame DSLR, wide angle lens (16mm/17mm), and tripod.

• Access to a computer for editing and high-speed internet connection.

• Proficient in Lightroom.

• Must have reliable transportation.

• Possess a smartphone.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual.

• Professional demeanor and presentation.

• Advanced skills in shooting and editing techniques.

• Familiarity with Matterport camera.

• Knowledge of drone technology.

• Videography experience is a plus.
